Steve Crosland has over 20 years of experience at a senior level within large UK and US owned companies, working out of Northern England, London and mainland Europe. Educated to degree level, he is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an Accredited Workplace Mediator and member of the British Psychological Society.

For the last 15 years he has operated at director level leading in the HR design and execution of major restructuring programmes along with business disposal, merger and acquisition activity.

He has a successful track record of performing pivotal roles in HR, operations and business governance particularly through periods of significant change and upheaval within organisations. His experience is mainly on the utility and aviation industries and the expertise he has is applicable to a wide range of organisations and business sectors.

Most recently he was the Human Resources Director with an international business aviation company working across offices in London, Portugal and Switzerland with a diverse mix of employees located in over 22 countries. Prior to this he worked extensively within the UK utility business after a period in the public sector.

In these roles he delivered complex and substantial business change agendas involving resizing and restructure, TUPE transfers, business integration and due diligence. This fundamentally reshaped the organisations involved and required a substantial shift in the employee relations environment and the wider business culture.

For a number of years he also introduced major changes to improve business governance capability and worked in senior operational roles managing the formulation and delivery of organisational development initiatives.

Based in North East England and with UK wide coverage, the consulting practice provides core expertise and services in HR strategy and planning, change management, employee relations and mediation along with governance and risk management.
